It’s Halloween and Montevallo High is prepared for the spook fest. Montevallo FBLA held a costume contest where students could wear their costume for $2. The contest is based on the creativity and originality of the costume. Many students ended up entering and coming up with very creative costumes.

Junior Jenna Nabors said her “favorite part of Halloween is being able to have fun with my friends and eat candy.”

Junior Hayden Dennis responded, “I like Halloween because it gives me an excuse to dress funny and spend time with my friends.”

Students also seemed to like the costume contest.

One senior said, “ I thought it was fun and a great way to show our schools Halloween spirit and charisma. It is also a great way to raise money for our school.”
