May 18th is National Honor Society Induction Day. We will induct students into the National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, and the Spanish Honor Society.
The National Honor Society is a group for students with a high GPA and the potential to be a leader. This is a group for juniors and seniors. The Spanish Honor Society, or Sociedad Honoraria Hispanica, is an honor society for high school students who have maintained an A average in two years of Spanish. The Spanish Honors Society tries to help ambitious students achieve Spanish education goals after high school. Their goal is to help members maximize their potential through academics, leadership, and networking so that they can go on to high achievement in college or university.
