This school year is finally coming to a close! But, before we say goodbye to this school year, something important has to take place… EXAMS! Exam week for the seniors is quickly approaching, as they only have about 3 weeks left of high school. Exams for the rest of the grade levels, is not far behind the senior exams at all. Knowing that exams are coming up can cause some stress and anxiety. However, there are many ways to mentally prepare yourself for this important week.
For the freshmen, sophomores, and juniors, exams start in 5 weeks. That seems so far away, but in reality, it will be here before we know it. As a junior, I encourage my peers, who will be taking exams, to just remain calm and confident in themselves. Stressing about your exams will do nothing but put more pressure on you, and can lead you to having anxiety. Remaining confident in yourself can lessen the anxiety you may have about testing. I hope that everyone understands that their test scores on their exams, DO NOT DEFINE YOU! You are far more than the score you make on a test. You can be successful even if you don’t make the grade you were hoping to make. You can do this! Good luck to you all!
