Dawgs dominate Bears

Friday, October 18th the MHS Bulldogs dominated the Sipsey Valley Bears with a final score of 56-0. It was obvious the Bears had no chance against the Bulldogs from the beginning. Many valuable players such as Jamarious “JC” Carter, Malik Inabinette, Deon Gilliland, and JJ Evans made this win possible.  Jamarious Carter and JJ Evans both had two touchdowns, Deon Gilliland three touchdowns, Kam’Ron Goins had one thirty-five yard touchdown, and Joseph Anderson also had one touchdown.

The players were somewhat emotional about this being their last home game. Jamarious Carter and JJ Evans both said, “We’re sad about it being the last home game of the regular season and senior night, but this will not be our last game on that field. We plan on hosting the first round of playoffs.”

Quarterback Malik Inabinette stated, “The game was a breeze and we destroyed them.”  The MHS Bulldogs hope to make it to state this year. We wish them luck as they travel to Greensboro tonight. Go Dawgs!
