Our bookkeeper here at Montevallo is Mrs. Hughley. A bookkeeper’s job is to keep up with everyday finances and records. They also make sure the bills are paid and process the payroll for staff members. Here is some more information about Mrs. Hughley.

She is from Orlando Florida and went to Alabama State University. She is an accountant by trade. She became a bookkeeper at Montevallo to utilize her skills in an environment where she could support teachers and make a difference in student’s lives. During the summer, she enjoys going to Orlando or the beaches in Florida with her family. She enjoys reading and binge-watching Netflix and thriller movies with her husband and son. She has 3 kids, a son in high school, and 2 daughters in college.
