MJCC Charity Drive

On Monday, December 12, MJCC will start a charity drive for the Shelby Humane Center. We will have boxes placed at Montevallo High School, Middle School, City Hall, and Lucky’s Foodland. There will be a design on the boxes explaining what all you can bring and put into the boxes. We are not taking monetary donations though, only things such as: dry dog food, dry cat food, cat and dog formula, toys, and leashes which are just a few. We are also creating posters so people can be apprised on what all we can bring and donate. The cut off for donations at the Middle and High School Will be December 16th. Meanwhile, the cutoff for the others is January 3rd then we will donate them. This event would be a great way to get our school community a little more involved, bring us closer together, while also helping out a good cause!
